Hall G at the Adelaide Convention Centre provides an ideal location for exhibits - conference morning and afternoon teas and lunches will be served in this area, and the posters will also be displayed in this area which is located for easy access from the foyer.

Two options are available for Exhibitions:

(1) Exhibition Stand ($2,500 + GST), and includes:

  • B&W Advertisement in the Program (Text and grapics to be supplied by Exhibitor in digital pdf form)
  • Complimentary listing on the Conference web site (logo supplied by Exhibitor)
  • One Stand, approx. 3m x 2m, with one sign across the front with your company name
  • Stand construction ideally suited to Velcro™ or pins
  • One table and two chairs
  • Exhibition Stand lighting and power
  • Onsite costs such as cleaning, electricity, construction and dismantling
  • On-call management assistance before and during the conference
  • Program and abstract book and conference satchel
  • Complimentary tickets to the Welcome Reception for two people
  • Introduction by Chair at Welcome Reception (two sentences for introduction to be supplied by Exhibitor)
  • Complimentary day registration on Tuesday, Wednesday (morning workshops only), Thursday and Friday, for two people, to include:
    • entry to presentations during the conference
    • morning/afternoon tea and lunch (Wednesday field trip day includes morning tea only)

(2) Static Unmanned Poster Display ($1,000 + GST), and includes:

  • B&W Advertisement in the Program (Text and grapics to be supplied by Exhibitor in digital pdf form)
  • Complimentary listing on the Conference web site (logo supplied by Exhibitor)
  • One free-standing Poster Board, approx. 2.4m x 1.2m
  • One sign across the top with your company name (if required)
  • Poster board construction ideally suited to Velcro™ or pins
  • Onsite costs such as cleaning, electricity, construction and dismantling
  • On-call management assistance before and during the conference
  • One Program and abstract book and conference satchel
  • Complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception for one person
  • Introduction by Chair at Welcome Reception (two sentences for introduction to be supplied by Exhibitor)
  • (Note that brochure racks are available for hire from our supply company at the expense of the Poster Display exhibitor and one is able to be located in front of the Poster Board for each Display)

The Tuesday Cocktail Function at the South Australian Museum and the Gala Conference Dinner on Thursday evening are not included in the Exhibition packages: tickets can be purchased separately on the Registration Form.

All Exhibition Stand exhibitors are required to register for the conference. On the Registration form, please choose the Exhibitor Registration option from the Day Delegate & Exhibitor Registrations section of the online form.
