Registration Entitlements & Inclusions
All costs and fees for Coast to Coast 2010 are listed in Australian dollars.
Full Registration fees include:
- NRM Workshop Monday 20th September, including morning and afternoon teas and lunch;
- Attendance at Plenary and Thematic sessions of your choice, Tuesday 21st September, including morning and afternoon teas and lunch;
- One Field Frip of your choice, including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea, Wednesday 22nd September
- Attendance at Workshop of your choice, Wednesday 22nd September, including morning and afternoon teas and lunch (note that FT1 is a full day trip and your participation on that Field Trip will exclude Workshop participation)
- Attendance at Plenary and Thematic sessions of your choice, Thursday 23rd September, including morning and afternoon teas and lunch;
- Attendance at Plenary and Thematic sessions of your choice, Friday 24th September, including morning and afternoon teas and lunch;
- Welcome Function Monday 20th September at the Adelaide Convention Centre (includes 2 hr canapes and drinks - soft drinks, beer, wine);
- Biodiversity Cocktail function on Tuesday 21st September at the South Australian Museum includes 2 hr canapes and drinks - soft drinks, beer, wine);
- Gala Conference Dinner on Thursday 23rd September at the Adelaide Convention Centre (includes three-course meal and drinks - soft drinks, beer, wine);
- One set of abstracts and one conference satchel.
Single Day Registration fees cover attendance at all sessions on the day(s) nominated on your registration form, morning and afternoon teas and lunch on that day(s), one set of abstracts and conference satchel. A single day registration for Wednesday includes Workshops and the Field Trip of your choice (note that FT1 is a full day trip and your participation on that Field Trip will exclude Workshop participation). No evening functions are included in single day registrations. Registration for two single days only is available - for more than 2 days, it is necessary to take out a full registration.
Function tickets for single day registrants or accompanying persons are available for evening functions (Welcome Function, Biodiversity Cocktail Function and Gala Conference Dinner). They can be booked through the registration process or you can email. Extra tickets may be available but are not guaranteed after 1st September.

Special Consideration Registration Fees
Student Registration Eligibility
To be eligible for Student Registration fees, you must be a full time student at a recognised university. On registration, please fax (or scan and email) a copy of your current student card to:

* Community (Special Consideration) Registrations
On application, special consideration will be given to reduced registration
fees if, for example, you are wishing to attend the whole Coast to Coast conference
representing a community organisation. Please send such application by email
or post including
supporting documentation from the organisation.
Dress Code
Dress code for the Welcome Function, Biodiversity Cocktail Function and conference sessions is smart casual. For the Gala Conference Dinner, while the dress code is personal preference, a majority of delegates would dress more formally for evening dinner and dancing.
Cancellations and Refunds
Registration cancellations received after processing and receipting will incur a fee of $100. No registration refunds will be made for cancellations after 1 September 2010 although your registration is transferrable on the condition that the Committee is advised. Refunds in relation to accommodation, tours and the social program are at the discretion of the venues and operators.
The Conference Organisers reserve the right to change dates, program and speakers without notice due to circumstances beyond their control.
Insurance
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the Conference. The Conference Secretariat and the Steering Committee will not take any responsibility for any participants failing to insure. We recommend you discuss your insurance cover with your travel agent. The policy should include loss of fees/deposits through cancellation of your participation in the Conference or through the cancellation of the Conference itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered.
